This one day negotiation course is especially designed for the women within the Career-Building Programme of FEMTEC. 2021 it will be held online on September, 6th.

- Understanding and applying leverage
- How to avoid main mistakes
- and many more.
After successfully participating in the “Negotiations” sub-module, the scholarship holders are enabled:
- to analyze and design strategies for negotiating, as well as
- Differences in the appearance of women and men in negotiation situations
- to recognize and meet these differences strategically
- to use negotiations as an essential element of strategic self-positioning.
